Last night at the Steak House of the Eko Hotel and Suites, popular artiste manager Tunji ‘Tee Billz’ Balogun proposed to R&B singer Tiwa Savage during a special birthday dinner attended by close friends and colleagues.

 

The high point of it all was when Tee Billz pulled out the engagement ring and wore in on Tiwa’s finger before they shared a passionate kiss.

 

Our jewellery maker friend took a look at the diamond-encrusted, yellow canary wedding band and says it could be worth up to about $2,000 (N314,500).

 

After all, diamonds are a girl’s best friend…

NEW VIDEO: Nicki Minaj – “Up In Flames”

Yesterday (Apr. 9), Nicki Minaj released the music video for her single “Up in Flames.”  This makes two music videos in two weeks for the hustlin’ female rapper.

She keeps it very simple and low-key in the new video and takes it back to her mixtape roots.  She’s ditches all the glam we saw in the “High School” video and is sporting a comfy pair of sweats while giving us a tour of her recording studio.  Also featured in the video are a few bikers displaying their tricks on motorcycles, which is a new hobby of Nicki’s.  Her private jet and pink Bentley are also featured in the video.
